Project Manager– Customer Projects, Cooling

At KK Group, Cooling, we are looking for a strong Project Manager to lead strategic customer projects across our Cooling business — combining technical understanding, commercial insight, and confident stakeholder leadership.
In this role, you will act as the “CEO” of your projects. You will drive execution from approval to handover, ensuring clear scope, strong governance, financial control, risk management, and customer alignment. Lead projects that matter
You will join PMO – Cooling, where we deliver technically complex customer projects in close collaboration with Sales, Solution Engineering, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, suppliers, and customers. Our project model, stage gates, and governance tools provide the structure — your leadership, energy, and ownership create the momentum.
Your key responsibilities
- Own project delivery from sales funnel or order intake through customer handover, closure, and lessons learned.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and drive execution across scope, quality, cost, schedule, risk, and customer expectations.
- Manage project governance, stage gates, milestone plans, budgets, forecasts, reporting, risks, changes, and escalations.
- Secure strong customer dialogue, stakeholder alignment, financial transparency, and timely decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools, processes, and ways of working.
What you bring
You are structured, commercially aware, and confident in leading technically complex projects in an international environment. You combine attention to detail with a strong overview, communicate clearly at all levels, and know how to create traction when priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables must come together.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or similar background, preferably within engineering, product development, business, or project management.
- Solid project management experience from technically complex environments, ideally within wind, cooling systems, industrial products, automotive, marine, or similar industries.
- Project management certification such as IPMA, Scrum, Half Double, PRINCE2, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk and change management, project financials, reporting, and customer communication.
- Fluent English skills and confidence working across cultures, functions, and seniority levels.
