Group Treasury Lead
Take ownership of Tescan's group-wide cash visibility and treasury operations. In this role, you will bring structure and insight into liquidity, forecasting, cash collection, and intercompany cash management across our international business.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day treasury operations, including bank administration, communication with banks, access and signatory registers, banking documentation, basic FX execution, issue resolution, and local liquidity coordination.
- Coordinate the monthly rolling three-month group cash flow forecast, consolidating subsidiary inputs, managing timely submissions, analysing variances, and improving forecast quality.
- Maintain clear short-term liquidity visibility, identify cash gaps and surplus positions, coordinate funding priorities, and escalate liquidity risks when needed.
- Strengthen cash collection governance by monitoring payment milestones, overdue receivables, distributor and agent risks, and internal blockers.
- Own the finance governance of implemented Cash-In improvements, ensuring agreed processes, reporting routines, responsibilities, escalation paths, and follow-up actions are consistently applied.
- Coordinate intercompany pooling and cash concentration, maintaining visibility of cash positions and supporting timely transfers across Tescan entities.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, subsidiaries, and banking partners to turn treasury and working capital information into clear actions.
What You'll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, working capital, credit control, order-to-cash, or finance operations, referably in international environment.
- A strong practical understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank administration, payments, and basic FX transactions.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn multi-entity financial inputs into clear, structured reporting.
- Practical experience with ERP systems, banking platforms, BI reporting, or treasury-related tools.
- Fluent English and the confidence to communicate across functions, subsidiaries, and external banking partners.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate cash, collection, and liquidity data into meaningful insights and priorities.
- A proactive and structured approach to influentila ownership, governance, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
- Sound judgement, integrity, and discipline when working with confidential banking, liquidity, and credit information.
