ACCOUNTANT - ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS

Join Our Global Finance Team

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting Operations team within a global shared services environment. This role supports accounting activities across multiple business units and regions and offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to various finance processes and accounting disciplines.

As our organization continues to evolve, the scope of responsibilities may change over time, providing opportunities to develop new skills, participate in projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance operations.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Maintain supporting documentation and assisting with audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance teams, business partners, and stakeholders across different regions.
• Participate in process improvements, standardization, automation initiatives, and finance projects.
• Support organizational transitions and evolving business requirements.

What We're Looking For

• High school / BS / MS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous accounting or finance experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Additional languages are a plus.
