Product Planner (m/f)

We are looking for a Product Planner for our Emerson Plant located in Mikulov, Czech Republic. In this role, you will be managing new product developments (NPDs) related to Climate Europe product portfolio i.e., scroll compressors, variable speed drives, condensing units and integrated solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Project management in the development of innovative products from concept to series

• Apply Emerson´s Gate Management Process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams around the globe
• Establish and ensure all team members work towards a clear and common goal during the product development phase. Drive the team to make recommendations and decisions
• Balance stakeholder expectations by effective communication
• Lead the preparation and presentation of Project Reviews and Product Updates to the Senior Management
• Optimization of our processes and toolchains

Our ideal candidate:

• University degree in Engineering, Business Studies or related fields

• Technical background in relevant industries or project management experience in other industries: we are open for career changers
• Team player and networker with ability to tackle complex challenges
• Willing to travel in Europe
• Very good written and verbal English knowledge, other European languages are an asset
• Required competences: systematic problem solving skills; strong team player who communicates effectively; highly committed approach with passion for technology; structured and organized; strong people management and interpersonal skills; organizational, presentation and time management skills; self-starter and results driven, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
