Your responsibilities:
Financial controlling of manufacturing plan
Managing of costing and quoting rates preparation
Accountability for financial reporting in plant
Preparing an annual budget, rolling forecast (2 times a year), weekly P&L simulation and control
Managing and active participation in monthly/ quarterly/ yearly end close process
Managing audits (SOX and external) processes
Ensure effectiveness of all internal controls in plant
Close cooperation with: internal GBS (GL, AR, AP, Purchasing, FPA), Plant and Business Unit Management Teams
Team management
Your profile:
At least 5 years of experience in a control position, preferably in a production environement (Automotive industry background would be an asset)
Master degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance
Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP CO&FI / Hyperion Oracle will be an asset
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Proactive attitude and personality of the team player
High attention to detail, but with not losing the big picture from sight
Good organizational skills
