STORE MANAGER - Victoria's Secret

Your overall goal is to Managing a team of several dozen people: motivating and nurturing the professional development of employees and Consistently focus on managing a profitable business through managing all costs, working towards delivering budget plans.

Your tasks include:

• Maximise sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times.
• Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls
• 5. Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixture positioning according to brand guidelines. Manage stock replenishment and availability, product launches and promotions.
• Ensure store is fully compliant administratively and procedurally according to company guidelines and deadlines.
• Ensure effective communication of the store with the Operations Department and with other structures of the company

To succeed, you must be Experience in managing a team of several people, motivating staff, ensuring their continuous development and sales results. Able to analyze sales reports and customer service quality and make decisions based on lessons learned

Your background

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a large-format store
• Very good knowledge of English to communicate freely - a prerequisite;
• Ability to provide the highest standards of active customer service in the store;
• Goal-oriented attitude and very good work organization;
