IT Security Manager

We have recently opened the position of IT Security Manager and are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team of professionals.

IT Security Manager
Reporting directly to the General Manager. The appointee is expected to provide support on various
aspects of IT Security compliance and regulatory affairs.

Duties include:

• Drafting new IT security policies / Procedures
• Regular update of the current IT Policies / Procedures (general, not only Security) + approvals of relevant body (EXCO, BoD)
• IT Security Monitoring – Tool Setup + monitoring execution
• IT Security reporting preparation
• IT Security budget maintenance
• IT Security projects preparation & execution
• IT Security strategy definition
• Security testing management (Vulnerability, Penetration, …)
• Reaction on the Security attacks reports (security incidents resolution), analysis, IP addresses blocking
• Defining and verifying security standards of the applications (new development, audit of the current)
• Access management – audits, approvals

Requirements:

• Experienced IT Security person (senior/ semi senior)
• Self managed
• Decision maker
• Experience with team management not necessary
• Team player – cooperation with the Group IT security team
• Organised, self-driven and willing to grow
• Verbal and written fluency in English
• Willing to travel among Czech and Malta
