What would be your responsibilities?
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following specific recipes
Be creative and suggestive for Signature cocktails and new techniques to potentially implement in the Bar offer and skills
Take interest on current beverage trends, incorporating seasonal ingredients and popular techniques
Engage with customers, take orders, make recommendations based on their preferences, and ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol and bar-related products.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and manage tips in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
