• Provide customer support and advisory to AMFG customers.
• Help customers to onboard and benefit from AMFG.
• Work closely with customers to assess & solve their business challenges using the AMFG product.
• Learn and fulfill your potential in an open, knowledge-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on best practice product usage.
• Respond to customer support enquiries.
• Produce customer product documentation.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

• Minimum two years of experience in customer communication.
• Experience in customer product support.
• Fluent in English.
