Insurance Specialist - Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated salesperson to join the Insurance (Wellness) dept. The primary responsibility of this role is business development, focusing on acquiring new Japanese clients and expanding our market presence in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships. Experience in the insurance industry and an insurance intermediary license are advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other team members in all European countries to create sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the internal system.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: English – advanced, Japanese – advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
