Are you a university student or recent graduate passionate about Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, and business innovation?
We are looking for two ambitious interns to join the Global Indirect Procurement team of a leading international pharmaceutical company in Prague.
This is a unique opportunity to work on real business projects, explore how AI is transforming procurement, and gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and advanced data analytics.
You'll collaborate with experienced procurement professionals and international stakeholders while contributing to digital transformation and AI-driven innovation initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- AI & Generative AI: Explore and apply tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and AI agents to improve procurement processes and automate tasks.
- Data Analytics: Analyze procurement and supplier data, identify trends, and create dashboards and reports.
- Strategic Sourcing: Support supplier research, market analysis, tender evaluations, and sourcing projects.
- Business Intelligence: Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Supplier Negotiations: Prepare commercial comparisons, financial analyses, and supporting materials for negotiations.
- Process Innovation: Help develop and test AI-powered procurement solutions and automation opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with global procurement teams, business stakeholders, and digital transformation specialists.
- Presentations & Reporting: Prepare executive summaries and presentations for senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies, and business applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Interest in working with data, automation, and business intelligence.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Good command of English and ability to collaborate in an international environment.
- Previous procurement experience is not required! We are primarily looking for motivated individuals with analytical thinking and enthusiasm for AI and technology.
