Product Operations

In Global Payments we are always focused on customer satisfaction and delivery of high-quality products & services. Our portfolio includes huge international customers, who require the personal approach and high-quality product, services and delivery as sole trader companies who insist on our products.

We are looking for a new team member (part-time) who will be responsible for proper maintenance and participate on improvements of our products.

The role is to:

• product operation – understands the customers needs and troubles and is able to solve it in cooperation with the team members. Ensure that the whole process is in accordance with defined quality. Will solve customer problems.
• monitor, analyze, check the effectiveness of the current services provided by our company and working out a strategy for improving if necessary with the product team
• provides regular reporting containing overview of all activities with the client from all perspective
• cooperate deeply with other teams like sales, business development, product management, operation and customer support on daily basis
• ensure high quality and high-volume productivity

You will be working as a part of the product team, who is running most successful product in Europe and team ambition is to crush the world with this product. You will be in touch with the newest technologies in the payment industry and you can participate in product strategy which will have implications to your day-to-day work. We will allocate you to our experienced people, who will train you, share with you the knowledge to allow you personal growth. All the new joiners has built a very nice carreer in the company.

Keys to success in this role include ability to learn, customer focus and analytical skills. This role is compiled from operations, product management, customer service and usability. This position is a great opportunity for graduates.

Basic qualifications:

• ability to learn, grow and work independently
• no previous work experience necessary - can be replaced by your openness
• problem solving approach
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English + Czech OR English + Czech + German
• business sense and ability to create, communicate and achieve a company vision
