As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our evening team at Tipsy Prague 7.

Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability are what matter most to us.
🗣️ Language Requirements
Tipsy welcomes both Czech and international customers, particularly during the evening.
- Czech: Conversational proficiency required.
- English: Conversational proficiency required.
You should feel confident communicating with customers in both languages.
🌙 Working Hours & Schedule
Evening Shift: 17:00–00:00
- 📅 5 working days per week, including weekends
- 🏡 2 days off per week
- ⏱️ 35 hours per week, subject to statutory breaks
- 🔄 Working days arranged by mutual agreement within the team and according to operational needs
- 📄 Full-time employment contract (HPP)
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working evening hours and enjoys a lively retail atmosphere.
🛒 Your Responsibilities
As an Evening Sales Assistant, you'll help deliver a great customer experience while ensuring the store remains organised, well stocked and ready for the next day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 🛍️ Customer Service – Welcoming customers, answering questions and assisting with purchases.
- 💳 Cash Register Operations – Processing transactions and handling payments accurately.
- 🍜 Ramen Station – Assisting customers and keeping the self-service ramen station clean and stocked.
- 📦 Stock Replenishment – Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive product displays.
- 🏷️ Product Management – Checking product availability, price labels and expiry dates.
- ✨ Store Presentation – Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and a welcoming shopping environment.
- 🔑 Closing Procedures – Completing end-of-day tasks, cash register procedures and store closing responsibilities.
- 🤝 Team Coordination – Communicating with colleagues and ensuring smooth shift handovers.

💰 Salary & Employment Conditions
During probation (first 3 months):
32,000 CZK gross/month
After successful completion of probation:
35,000 CZK gross/month
Full-time employment (HPP)
