As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, proactive and reliable Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our morning team at Tipsy Prague 7.

🗣️ Language Requirements
We welcome both local and international customers, so good communication skills are essential.
- Czech: Conversational proficiency required.
- English: Conversational proficiency required.
You should feel confident assisting customers and communicating with colleagues in both languages.
🌞 Working Hours & Schedule
Morning Shift: 07:00–15:00
- 📅 5 working days per week, including weekends
- 🏡 2 days off per week
- ⏱️ 40 hours per week, subject to statutory breaks
- 🔄 Working days arranged by mutual agreement within the team and according to operational needs
- 📄 Full-time employment contract (HPP)
We're looking for someone who enjoys starting their day early and helping get the store ready for a successful day of trading.
🛒 Your Responsibilities
As a Morning Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping Tipsy running smoothly from the start of the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 🔑 Opening Procedures – Preparing the store, cash register and customer areas for the day.
- 🛍️ Customer Service – Welcoming customers, answering questions and assisting with purchases.
- 💳 Cash Register Operations – Processing transactions and handling cash and card payments accurately.
- 🍜 Ramen Station – Assisting customers and ensuring the self-service station is clean, organised and well stocked.
- 📦 Stock Replenishment – Receiving and replenishing products and maintaining attractive displays.
- 🏷️ Product Management – Checking price labels, expiry dates and product availability.
- ✨ Store Presentation – Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and visual merchandising standards.
- 🤝 Team Coordination – Communicating with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover between shifts.

💰 Salary & Employment Conditions
During probation (first 3 months):
28,000 CZK gross/month
After successful completion of probation:
30,000 CZK gross/month
Full-time employment (HPP)
Regular monthly salary
