Your contribution to our company
Daily local and remote user support through a ticketing system
Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Supporting desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and other user terminals, including their accessories
Installing and maintaining desktop software
Managing centralized distribution and inventory of hardware and software
Maintaining and managing network services and infrastructure
Deploying infrastructure components
Providing support in the area of network infrastructure, including working with switches, routers, and network protocols
What matters to us
Basic to advanced knowledge of managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems, including user and device management
Good understanding of network infrastructure, including working with switches, routers, and network protocols
Familiarity with commonly used online services and communication tools
Ability to communicate clearly in Czech and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
A valid category B driver’s license and willingness to occasionally travel within the region
A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and strong communication abilities
