Your contribution to our company
Conduct continuous market monitoring and derive short- and medium-term strategies.
Establish and expand a robust network of (inter)national stakeholders.
Evaluate offers and proactive search for suitable land plots.
Develop suitable utilization concepts, including profitability analyses predominantly for residential and commercial real estate developments already considering profitable sales scenarios.
Coordinate the entire acquisition and sales process, including deal structuring, due diligence, and documentation.
Contribute to the whole planning phase and support negotiations with general contractors and other project partners.
Support in drafting contracts (LOI, NDA, exclusivity agreements, etc.) in cooperation with the internal legal department
Initiate and support official procedures (e.g. zoning and building permit procedures).
Support in drafting contracts (LOI, NDA, lease agreement, asset- or share purchase agreement, exclusivity agreement, brokerage agreement, etc.) in cooperation with the internal legal department
Responsibility for the whole development phase, involvement in the execution of purchased projects and responsibility for the sale.
What matters to us
Several years of experience in real estate project development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery (preferably in Residential and Office).
Teamplayer and hands-on mentality even outside you comfort zone
Strong knowledge of legal, commercial, and technical aspects of real estate development, including Czech planning and building regulations.
Established network in Prague with key stakeholders (authorities, investors, service providers).
Solid understanding of market analysis and feasibility calculations.
Czech (mother tongue); German and/or English (business-fluent).
Excellent MS Office skills, including collaboration tools (Teams, OneNote, Planner).
Independent, structured working style with a professional demeanor, strong initiative, and high reliability.
