As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll own the words that drive user action, tell our story, and deliver value at every step of the customer journey. You’ll blend copywriting, UX writing, and marketing strategy to craft content that converts — across email, in-product messaging, and digital channels.
You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Legal, and Marketing to ensure messaging is clear, impactful, and on-brand — while embracing data and insights to guide your decisions.
Objectives
- Develop performance-driven content for email, in-product messaging, and lifecycle flows
- Own content initiatives from concept through execution and QA
- Create and test content variants (A/B/C), track performance, and iterate based on results
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all touchpoints
- Translate research and behavioral insights into actionable content strategies
- Collaborate across teams to align on goals and deliver cohesive messaging
- Explore and integrate AI tools to improve workflows and creative processes
Core Competencies
- 5+ years in copywriting, UX writing, or conversion-focused copywriting
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies and performance metrics
- Proficiency with Figma and collaborative design workflows
- Strategic thinking combined with excellent writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly
- Confidence in presenting and defending content decisions using data
- Receptiveness to feedback and a collaborative mindset
