Your responsibilities
• Receiving, modifying and creating of orders – EDI and e-mail
• Checking orders before processing, stock availability and minimum quantity or value for orders and net prices
• Ensuring the implementation of complete and on-time deliveries, with the help of an efficient ordering process, ensuring the implementation of an appropriate Service Level
• Advising deliveries: by e-mail, telephone and on customer platforms
• Ensuring good and effective relationships in cooperation with clients
• Assigning valid EAN codes into SAP
• Reporting price differences, cooperation with the Sales Department in order to their elimination
• Cooperation with the Financial Department in the field of hold orders
• Customer Service – price and quantity corrections, complaints regarding price differences, creating credit notes for those differences.
• Deliveries on time an accordance with the contract, ensuring appropriate lead timings
• Ensuring proper delivery documentation (WZ/Waybills) and invoices
• Close cooperation with the Planning / Finance / Sales / Logistics / Quality / IT departments
• Returns and customer complaints, receiving, effective management and coordination of returns, issuing return documents
• SQC – completion of all assigned QMS-related training as part of continuous competence development, active participation in the improvement of QMS (Quality Management System); cooperation with the Commercial Quality department; to constantly improve quality management systems (QMS) – job procedures and instructions based on global Reckitt policies and procedures; active participation in external and internal audits regarding assigned responsibilities; reporting deviations and following the corrective and preventive action plan (CAPA)
