SENIOR PRINCIPAL ANALOG DESIGN ENGINEER

We are looking for a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to and oversee the development of our state-of-the-art products, starting with architecture all the way to production.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with marketing and customers to define system-level requirements and IC specifications
• Define and oversee detailed simulations using modern EDA tools and accurate models
• Work closely with layout engineers to translate schematics into silicon
• Lead technical aspects of projects including task planning and coordination
• Write design documentation and test plans
• Support product qualification and manufacturing, including yield improvement and customer issue resolution
• Own technical outcomes of design, verification, implementation, and execution of power management ICs with complexities that can span from simple regulators to complex mixed-signal designs and control loops
• Understand project goals, create a realistic schedule and resource plan, track execution schedule to plan, monitor progress, and provide full clarity to the team on the goals and objectives
• Ensure first-pass success and timely execution using established design methodologies

What We’re Looking For

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in mixed-signal design and/or verification
• Solid understanding of circuit analysis and mixed-signal design principles
• Demonstrated technical expertise
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mixed-signal architectures, system and chip partitioning, high-performance digital and analog IP
• Advanced knowledge of semiconductor process technology and device physics
• Awareness of EMC design considerations
