DEMI CHEF (m/f/*)- 5* Augustine Hotel Prague

Are you an ambitious culinary talent ready to take the next step in your career? At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support and run your station: Work closely with the Chef de Partie to manage daily prep and ensure flawless service at your assigned section.
• Deliver perfection: Prepare and plate dishes according to the highest luxury standards, ensuring every plate looks and tastes amazing.
• Learn and grow: Master new culinary techniques, work with premium seasonal ingredients, and adapt to different sections of the kitchen.
• Keep it spotless: Ensure your workspace is perfectly clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid foundation: You have previous experience in a professional kitchen (as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef) and a genuine passion for fine dining.
• Eagerness to learn: A proactive attitude, a desire to constantly improve your skills, and an eye for detail.
• Reliable team player: Good communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to keep up with the fast pace of a premium kitchen.
• Language skills: Good command of English and/or Czech to ensure smooth daily communication within our international team.
