About the role:

As a Night In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless and personalized late-night dining experience for our guests. You will coordinate and deliver in-room dining services, manage guest orders, and maintain the highest service standards while working independently during overnight shifts.

What You will do:

  • Take and coordinate in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, offering recommendations to guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Accurately process orders and payments using Micros system.
  • Deliver food and amenities to guest rooms while ensuring presentation and service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas and support minibar refresh and amenity delivery.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Room Service or a similar luxury hospitality role.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • A warm, guest-first mindset paired with integrity and a collaborative spirit.
