YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Supporting the Manager in co-leading the department and driving strong team performance
• Overseeing daily cash operations - processing, recording, and stepping in at the cash desk when needed
• Handling deliveries, including unpacking, sorting, and making sure stock is distributed efficiently to the sales floor
• Playing a key role in carrying out the annual inventory with accuracy and teamwork
• Delivering regular trainings on POS use and theft prevention to support smooth and secure operations
• Assisting with administrative tasks and helping ensure store procedures are followed consistently

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 1 year of management experience in retail, ideally with some responsibilities in store administration or in-store logistics
• You're organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers to keep things on track
• You truly care about delivering great service and creating positive experiences for customers
• You're committed, proactive, and ready to jump in and get things done
• You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
