Product Line Washer Systems is a leading supplier in product area of washing components. The Product Line serves customers worldwide as supplier for components or entire systems to clean front and rear windshields, headlamps, cameras and sensors. Production and R&D facilities are operative worldwide and are supporting customer projects from built-to-print to system engineering.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
* Development of mechanical solutions for Aumovio products
* Optimization of existing design solutions
* Creation of 3D / 2D design documentation in CAD system, Creo and Catia
* Data management in PDM system Wise
* Creation of assemblies and bills of materials as part of the development process
* Cooperation with the development center and the plant in the introduction of new products
Qualifications
* Technical university / mechanical engineering or related college
* Knowledge of material properties and behavior, especially plastics an advantage
* Knowledge of hydromechanical / pneumatic systems an advantage
* Advanced knowledge of CAD system work (Creo, Catia, etc.)
* Knowledge of creating bills of materials, PDM system
* Advanced knowledge of English or German
* Second foreign language an advantage
* Active approach and sense of teamwork
* Driving license B
* Experience in an international team environment and experience in the automotive field welcome
