🚀 Do you have HR experience and want to be part of something new?
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Cheb – someone with energy, recruitment experience, and the motivation to be part of the development of a new production plant.
We are an automotive company building HR processes from the ground up and connecting daily operations with meaningful projects.
We are looking for someone who can think independently, find solutions, and is not afraid to take responsibility.
What you will do:
• support HR processes from A to Z,
• participate in recruitment activities – communication with candidates, coordination of recruitment processes, cooperation with recruitment agencies,
• handle HR administration and documentation (including support materials for TISAX),
• support onboarding activities and training organization,
• contribute to social media communication and internal HR projects, etc.
Who we are looking for:
• experience with high-volume recruitment (ideally in automotive),
• proactive approach, independence, and responsibility,
• willingness to learn and grow with the company,
• good command of English.
