At Fabory, we are experts in fasteners solutions. We are looking for a Product Data Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring that our product information is accurate, complete, and customer-ready across SAP, our webshop, and digital catalogues.

What will you do?

As a Product Data Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the quality and consistency of our product data. Working closely with Product Management, E-commerce, and IT teams, you will:

• Gather, maintain, and enrich product information from suppliers and internal sources
• Ensure high-quality product data across SAP, webshop, and digital catalogues
• Manage translations and support master data processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Help optimize systems and workflows to enhance the customer experience
• Act as a key point of contact for product and material data topics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business

What challenges will you tackle?

• Taking ownership of webshop data quality
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information
• Coordinating master data activities to meet customer expectations
• Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements
• Adapting quickly to changing business priorities and needs

What are we looking for?

• Experience with SAP and master data management (1+ year preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset and service-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Good communication skills in English
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• Interest in process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
