Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
- Prepare upcoming reservations and assign rooms in line with guest preferences and special requests.
- Provide personalised recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and experiences to enhance guests' stay.
- Work with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and communication at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
- Good communication skills in Czech and English
- A flexible, positive, and guest-oriented attitude
- Motivation to develop in the hospitality field and gain experience working with people
