What you will do in this role:
Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers
Help customers with service-related issues
Inform customers of promo events
Work shifts: morning 08:00-16:45, afternoon 15:15-00:00, (Working hours are according to the market covered)
Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
Suitable for people without experience
What we expect:
Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
Living in the Czech Republic is a plus
Native Serbian and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
