This role is based in Prague or Plzeň.
Role description:
Ultimate responsibility for the entrusted project, in terms of quality, time and cost (with internal and external collaborators to help)
Looking for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project
Coordination of construction project documentation at all required stages
Overseeing of permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues
Providing support to Procurement Department in the preparation and reviewing of procurement documentation, checking compliance with project bid documentation
Controling and coordination of construction work, their quality and compliance with the project documentation
Participation in meetings with customers and responsibility for the implementation of required changes
Who are we looking for:
Structured and organized Team player
Responsible colleague who knows, how to prioritize
Requirements:
University degree in civil engineering is a MUST
At least 2 years of experiences as Project Manager
Good PC skills, especially MS Office
Fluency in Czech, English in intermediate level
