As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, high‑quality, professional experience before, during, and after their stay. You’ll be the key point of contact for guests, manage feedback with care, and work closely with hotel teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
We’re looking for someone with strong people skills, natural leadership potential, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. In this role, you’ll help elevate our guest experience and positively shape the reputation of the hotel.
What will your day look like:
- Being a visible, welcoming host and main point of contact for guests.
- Personalizing service for VIPs and frequent guests.
- Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth, high‑quality and professional experiences.
- Supervising Guest Relations Executives and supporting their development.
- Ensuring brand standards are met in service, communication, and public areas.
- Managing guest feedback, reviews, and follow‑up actions.
- Contributing to special events, quality initiatives, and social media content.
- Keeping guest information, amenities, and city recommendations up to date.
- 12 hrs shifts (flexibility in working on weekends, busy events, public holiday).
