We are looking for call center operators with knowledge of Czech or Slovak.
No cold calling – only warm leads 🔥

Your responsibilities:

• Process inbound requests from customers who have submitted forms on our website
• Consult clients, helping them choose the best solutions and complete their orders
• Clarify delivery information and accurately input it into our reporting system

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak at C1 level or higher
• Experience in sales (call center operator, sales manager) is an advantage
• Motivation to achieve strong results
• Excellent communication skills, tact, and a positive attitude when dealing with clients 😊
• Laptop or PC, headset, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
