Marketing Specialist (Hybrid work model and flexible working hours)

For our client, a leading international company operating in the EMEA region, we are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing Specialist for the Eastern Region, with a primary focus on the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Job Description:

• Localize and adapt EMEA marketing content for the local market
• Create and edit marketing materials (blogs, newsletters, graphics, videos, PR) for campaigns aligned with the EMEA roadmap
• Manage local social media accounts and update website content, track web performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal EMEA teams
• Ensure consistency with EMEA brand and communication strategy
• Track and analyze campaign performance using digital tools
• Handle daily marketing requests from the local market
• Organize local trade fairs and customer events
• Manage project budgets and report on results

Requirements:

• Relevant education and experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
• Proven experience with social media management, content localization, and campaign execution
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English and Czech, both written and spoken, knowledge of Polish is an advantage
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
