The Digital Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a key role in the development, execution, and optimization of direct communication strategies across digital channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp Business, and robotic calls.
This role involves active campaign planning and performance analysis, close cooperation with internal departments (including CRM and risk management), and managing relationships with external lead generation partners — with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, technical oversight, and process optimization.The position is contract-based and full-time.
