We are looking for a highly motivated LEAN Specialist to join our Operations team in Hradec. The role focuses on developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering operational excellence across the Plant. You will work closely with management, cross-functional teams, and external partners to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate cost-saving and continuous improvement projects in the Plant.
Set departmental objectives, monitor progress, and ensure implementation.
Drive initiatives in efficiency, quality, waste reduction, lead time optimisation, raw material and packaging cost reduction, H&S, Visual Management, 6S, and Planet Passionate.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the KS Kaizen Program and promote LEAN culture through training and mentoring.
Develop metrics and process enhancement strategies to ensure accountability and results.
Maintain divisional performance standards and compliance with processes and work norms.
Prepare reports, support recruitment and training, and evaluate team performance.
Manage remuneration principles and propose rewards for subordinates.
Collaborate with other divisions, propose investments, and ensure IMS and Kingspan policy compliance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent in operations or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Minimum 3 years’ experience in process optimisation, operations, or business management within a production environment.
Strong knowledge of LEAN methodology and operations management.
Understanding of Industry 4.0 principles (preferred).
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive organisational change.
Attention to detail in identifying process and structural inefficiencies.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational IT tools.
Experience with SAP (preferred).
Languages:
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel occasionally.
