Are you ready to take responsibility for the smooth flow of goods across an international supply chain? We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to manage and optimize warehouse operations within the MPS (Mondi Paper Sales) environment.
In this dynamic role, you will ensure top data quality in SAP, coordinate with internal and external partners, and help drive continuous improvements in our logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Completion of shipments (trucks / vessels)
• Monitoring of EDI interfaces between Mondi and external partners
• Maintenance of freight cost accruals Transport invoice approval
• Determination and definition of routes and transport zones
• Stock reconciliations of external MPS warehouse
• Support Log Manager in coordination and execution of yearly stock take activities in external MPS warehouses
• Management and first contact to our 30+ MPS warehouse
• Ensuring highest data quality within LE modules
• Daily Co-operation with Customer service, Sales, Mill logistics and IBP teams
• Participation in projects / initiatives to constantly improve service factors within SCM
