Responsibilities:
Responsible for a portfolio of partners and developing their business to sell PC and Print products, including services and bring YoY growth
Understand partner market and competition
Proactively and regularly calling partners to identify potential and increase sales
Actively search for business opportunities, pricing and guiding partner through the entire sales cycle
Educate partners on new products and features
Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, building a professional business relationship
Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification.
Ensure partners are meeting Partner Program Requirements (Technical/Sales certification, revenue threshold).
Manage partner forecasting and partners performance by tracking tools.
Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI
Registration / Onboarding of IT Resellers to Partner Program
Requirements:
Fluent in English and native Slovenian
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Previous sales experience, preferably B2B sales
Positive attitude and goal orientation
Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
Flexibility in prioritizing workload
