Your tasks:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product selection, introducing them with expert knowledge of Xiaomi products.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products that meet their requirements.
- Process financial transactions, including cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory management and control, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
- Keep up to date with the latest Xiaomi products and their features and be aware of ongoing sales promotions.
- Assist and perform other tasks as directed by the store manager.
Requirements:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have:
- Previous retail or sales experience, work experience in the consumer electronics industry is an advantage;
- Strong motivation to engage in sales, desire to further professional education and have a pleasant and professional demeanor
; - Ability to communicate fluently in English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and home electronics.
- Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn.
