Junior Financial Systems Analyst

🔎 We’re looking for a new team member for the position of Junior Financial Systems Analyst, who will support key financial systems and assist with data analysis and reporting across the CEE region (Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary).

What will be your responsibilities?

• Provide support for key financial systems across the CEE region (e.g. IBM Cognos).
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Gain hands-on experience with platforms like Magento and SAP and learn how we use them in the D2C.
• Develop clear user guides and training materials to help colleagues navigate financial systems with ease.
• Contribution in projects and system improvements – your ideas will be heard.

What knowledge and skills are required?

• Recent graduate with a master’s degree, ideally in finance or IT.
• At least one year of relevant experience - internships or part-time roles in finance or IT.
• Strong interest in working with data, with advanced skills in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Proficient in English and comfortable collaborating across teams.
• Motivated to grow, improve processes, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
