In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress to join our great team in Prague.

About the role:

An In Room Dining Waiter is responsible for providing an efficient and friendly service of food and beverage, ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved throughout their room service experience.

Responsibilities in the role will include, but not be limited to:

• To ensure that “mis en place” is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service
• To ensure a full knowledge of the room service menu and wine list to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction
• To ensure that the room service department is always kept clean and in appropriate order
• To assist and prepare all VIP amenities to deliver them in compliance with our Legendary Quality Standards
• To ensure that all service steps are performed to reach guest satisfaction and to comply with our Legendary Quality Standards
• To prepare all orders in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications
• To deliver service in-room according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner
• To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance (incl. nametags) and hygiene standards are an example for the team, demonstrating a professional image for our guests

You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in a similar role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
