The Global Support Centre (GSC) is a new division based in Prague, dedicated to monitoring and enhancing customer experience through mystery shopping programs and their strategic application. Our mission is to support IPSOS offices worldwide with expert mystery shopping project management.
For our GSC Quality Assurance team we are looking for:
As a Validator, you'll be responsible for content review, proofreading and indentifying project-related issues.

What we're looking for:
• Fluency in English and French, Italian or German (B2 level minimum)
• Detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of responsibility
• Basic computer skills and ability to work on a laptop
