We are looking for a new team member whose primary responsibilities are operating escape games, welcoming and orienting guests during the game sessions, handling related administrative tasks, and ensuring that our customer service meets the highest possible standards. We are searching for someone with a sociable and optimistic manner who would join us to share our passion for games and fun and to create memorable experiences for others!
Responsibilities
Instructing and coordinating customers during one-hour game sessions
Rearranging game space and reception area between games
Handling payments and service-related administration
Communicating with customers via emails and phone calls
Requirements
Must be 17+
Native Czech / Slovak speaker
Available both on weekdays and weekends
Fluent in English in written and verbal communication (additional language knowledge is an advantage)
Good communication skills and self-confidence
Flexibility and time accuracy
Friendly, out-going manner and positive attitude
Well-organized with attention to details
