Now, we are expanding our footprint and opening our first branch in Czechia - and we’re looking for the right person to help us build and lead it from the ground up.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager (Logistics) who combines strong operational know-how with a strategic mindset. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new branch and play a key role in Alba-Zöchling’s growth in Czechia.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day branch operations (dispatch, fleet management, customer service, etc.)
- Build and manage a small but growing local team of drivers and office staff
- Ensure compliance with Czech regulations and company standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and authorities
- Report directly to headquarters and contribute to strategic decisions
- Identify growth opportunities and propose improvements for efficiency and service quality
Your Profile
- Proven experience in the Czech logistics/transport sector (operations, dispatch, or branch management)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker
- Fluent in Czech, with good English skills (written and spoken)
- Motivated to take ownership of a new branch and grow with the company
