We are an international marketing agency focused on advertising, retail, and eCommerce. We have been operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2012, with roots dating back to 1973. Samsung is our key client, but we are steadily expanding our portfolio to include other brands.

Retail Experience Process Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to join our Retail Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects within the RX team, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines, and supporting smooth project execution. You will collaborate closely with project managers, finance, and other stakeholders to keep accurate records and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
What you will do:
- Control and report team revenue
- Manage yearly/monthly forecasts per jobs, including AR/AP/revenue updates
- Support monthly and yearly financial and administrative closing (accrual requests, Q&A, etc.)
- Create and manage projects/jobs, including estimates, POs, AR/AP control, and closing
- Ensure revenue tracking per project/job
- Set up project processes and maintain AR/AP evidence
- Prepare regular reports for management and HQ/EHQ
What we are looking for:
- English at advanced communicative level (daily contact with foreign colleagues and management)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP or project tracking systems – advantage
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and positive attitude towards working with numbers and software tools
- Willingness to learn new things
