Are you passionate about digital transformation and e-Commerce innovation? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on WCE e-Commerce Lead to accelerate our online growth across Western Central Europe. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership of our digital shelf, social commerce strategy, and key partnerships with platforms like Amazon and TikTok.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the development of our e-Commerce strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy teams.
• Owning the digital shelf and driving share growth for our brands across e-Commerce platforms.
• Translating digital marketing strategies into impactful online execution.
• Building digital capabilities across WCE markets and elevating organizational digital acumen.
• Benchmarking competitors and introducing innovative programs to stay ahead.
• Managing top-to-top relationships and negotiations with Amazon and TikTok.
• Driving social commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop, and scaling across markets.
• Coordinating global e-Commerce projects and ensuring timely delivery of results.

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in FMCG or performance marketing agency.
• Strong analytical and execution skills, with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Agile, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
