Currently we are looking for a temporary worker willing to join our Customer Service team for a few months!
You will be responsible for:
Office administration and communication with vendors
Documents management and archiving
Assistance in preparation of various customer-related documents
Cooperation on testing scenarios in CRM system
Maintenance of technical license database
Other ad-hoc taks depended on current business needs
Requirements:
Min. secondary education level - student or graduate in such fields as: economics, administration, finance
Demonstrated experience in administrative or customer service role would be an advantage
Good command of Excel and Word
Fluent Czech and communicate English
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to work under time pressure and multi-tasking abilities
