- Program term: 12 weeks as minimum with possibility of prolongation
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, part time. A specific schedule will be discussed with your manager and depend on your availability. Work for DPČ (max 20 hours per week).
- Location: Prague/Hybrid
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
This position collaborates with our IT & Security TEAMs during your university studies. Projects you will work on include (but not limited to):
- Troubleshoot employee computing devices, conference room infrastructure, and enterprise tool issues and work with Infrastructure and Security resources to resolved in a timely manner.
- Support new hire on-boarding process – setup laptops, VOIP telephone systems, Active Directory, email access, VPN access, access to enterprise tools, etc.
- Managing user access and providing technical support to user.
- Participating in IT and Security projects, proving hands-on support.
- Other duties as defined by IT TEAM
- Analyze web applications for common security issues (OWASP top 10) with application security analyst.
- Learning about secure application development practices.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer science / Information Security / Information Technologies or related field
- Basic networking technologies experience
- Hands-on experience setting up and supporting Windows and Mac devices.
- Java, Python, Ruby or Node.js exposure desired
- Customer Service focused. Ability to listen, to communicate, and to relate to others on a personal or professional level.
- Must have internet access during business hours.
- Methodical approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be fluent English speaking (C1)
