Key responsibilities include:
Ensure maintenance management in accordance with global maintenance standards and specific local requirements.
Participate in the development and improvement of the reliability and efficiency of machinery.
Participate in the development and training of other department employees.
Work with the department manager to develop the department and achieve its goals.
Develop a maintenance management system using SFOL Maintenance electronic tools.
Understanding of basic mechanical manufacturing principles
Very good communication and interpersonal skills within the team and towards management and other stakeholders
Ability to communicate in Czech and English (written and spoken)
Pro-customer approach
Ability to make decisions
Driver's license
User knowledge of PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SAP)
