- Program term: 6 months as minimum with possibility of prolongation
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, part time. A specific schedule will be discussed with your manager and depend on your availability. Work for DPČ (max 20 hours per week).
- Location: Prague/Hybrid
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Assist with security monitoring, log analysis, and threat detection
- Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities
- Help maintain security documentation and policies
- Participate in security awareness initiatives
- Contribute to security tool deployment and configuration
- Research emerging threats and security technologies

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in (Computer Science, Information Technologies, Cybersecurity or related fields)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of networking concepts (i.e., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat types, secure software development.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Experience with security automation, SOAR platforms, or API integrations, programming skills would be considered a plus.
- Exposure to tools like SIEM, EDR, ticketing systems, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be considered a plus.
