About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven I2C Team Leader to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing I2C operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence within a global environment.
This is a maternity cover position, starting from December 2025. The role offers a hybrid setup with the flexibility to work mostly from home over time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the I2C SSC team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Build strong working relationships with local finance, sales, and customer service teams, as well as key stakeholders across the Devro Group
- Manage I2C month-end activities and lead regular team calls
- Oversee daily I2C processes including cash allocation, order releasing, customer ledger maintenance, adjustments, and query resolution
- Review credit and insurance limits of customers and manage PB factoring processes
- Issue regular miscellaneous invoices and credit notes
- Cooperate during internal and external audits
- Maintain and update I2C Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Track key performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding and blocked orders
- Drive end-to-end process improvements across the I2C function

Knowledge and skills:
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Basic accounting and tax knowledge
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
- Experience with JD Edwards (or similar ERP system) nice to have
