We are seeking a communicative and detail-oriented Customer Center Specialist to join our export team for Omega Optix and help us deliver excellent service to international customers across Europe and beyond — with a special focus on countries where Spanish and/or Italian is spoken.
Omega Optix s.r.o., part of the EssilorLuxottica group, is a Czech manufacturer and distributor of spectacle lenses with over thirty years of industry experience. The production lab in Brandýs nad Labem is one of the most modern laboratories in Europe. In addition to the local market, Omega Optix exports over 4 million lenses to 40 countries around the world every year.
As a Customer Interaction Center Specialist, you will be the key contact for our international clients—processing orders, managing data, and supporting export operations. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.

What will you do?
- Communicate with opticians and distributors abroad, mainly via email
- Process orders in our internal system
- Manage and update customer data
- Issue invoices and credit notes
- Prepare export documentation for non-EU shipments
- Support the team with complaint handling and other administrative tasks
What do you bring?
- High school diploma or higher education
- Fluent English, plus Italian and/or Spanish
- Detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in customer service or export is a plus
