Focus: Paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, website management, CRM
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage website content, updates, and analytics
• Run digital campaigns: Google Ads, Meta, programmatic
• Track performance: CPC, CTR, CPM, leads
• Operate and manage CRM tool (email flows, lead scoring, database maintenance)
• Improve lead-to-sale conversion through CRM & remarketing
• Ensure digital assets follow CI/CD standards
Required Skillsets:
• University degree in related field
• 3–5 years digital marketing experience (preferably in automotive, tech or FMCG)
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, tagging, tracking (GA4, GTM, UTM)
• Experience with web CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and campaign optimization skills
• Collaboration experience with digital and creative agencies
